Where is my order?

How soon will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after you place your order on the Magic John website. You can view the transaction once it has been processed on your credit card statement (we will appear as Magic John) or in your PayPal transaction history.

You can request us by mail at Magic John firstname.lastname@example.org to delete your shipping address and other customer information from our system database once your order was delivered.
